Honors and awards Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa, Woodrow Wilson Fellow Firm Experience Beginning as a technical writer/editor, in more than ten years with the firm, Dr. Caskie has assisted with the preparation of testimony concerning a variety of regulatory issues, including rate of return, revenue requirements, and rate design. He has participated in the analysis of prudence and efficiency standards and has edited testimony and reports dealing with electric, gas, telecommunications, and water utility regulation. Dr. Caskie has served as case manager on numerous proceedings in both telecommunications and electricity.
