Firm Experience
Mr. Bouchelle assists in the development and review of economic cost models and studies. Since joining the firm in 1995, he has assisted with preparation of testimony, schedules and exhibits in proceedings in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Indiana, Ohio, Idaho, New Hampshire, Kansas & Missouri.

Mr. Bouchelle analyzed a variety of different economic issues, including contingent valuations and econometric analysis for the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program; and an analysis of economic impacts associated with water quality programs in the Lake Okeechobee watershed for South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).
Additional experience includes participation in a federal project assessing the economics of the North Atlantic swordfish fisheries, and analyzing the economic impacts of a SFWMD water scarcity management plan on public water supply.
