Dr. Ben Johnson email President and Consulting Economist With more than 25 years of experience as an economist and expert witness, Dr. Johnson has testified in more than 300 formal proceedings. He has authored or co-authored 13 published articles in such periodicals as The Southern Economic Journal, Proceedings of the Michigan State University Institute of Public Utilities, Public Utilities Fortnightly, West Virginia Law Review, Electric Ratemaking, and The New York Times. Dr. Johnson holds B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Economics. |

Dr. Don Reading email Vice President and Consulting Economist Before joining the firm in 1986, Dr. Reading was Director of Policy and Administration for the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. He has prepared econometric forecasts for the Idaho State Legislature, and served as vice chairman of the Governor's Economic Research Council in Idaho. His specialties include price elasticity studies, demand forecasting, long-range planning, economic impact studies, production-simulation modeling, and econometric modeling. Dr. Reading holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Economics. |
